HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
We hope that you are fully satisfied with your purchase on Mr. Sunglasses® but we will be glad to accept the return or the item(s) up to 14 days after the purchase date.
There are three conditions to return items to Mr. Sunglasses®:
– To have the order amount credited in your account, please assure that you return the item(s) up to 14 days after the purchase date.
– The costs of shipping, processing and other additional charges are not refundable.
– If any of the ordered items shows severe damage at the time of the delivery, you should report that to the delivery service company and contact your Client Support service by email, through email@example.com.
If you receive an order or damaged item, contact our Client Support team to receive a replacement (as long as it is still in stock). You may contact the team through the email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If an item shows manufacturing defects in problems with the quality of the material within 14 days after the purchasing date, our Client Support team will be glad to help with a replacement. This situation only applies to situations of normal usage and not to abusive use, or accidental damage.
Before contacting Client Support, please have your order number with you – you can find out the order number by accessing your account on mrsunglasses.pt. Obviously, we will also need you to describe the damage or defect on the item.
Your refund should be credited in your bank account after having received the items, within 8-14 business days. The promptness of the refund depends on the issuing bank, and is outside our control. For more information, please contact your bank.
